What it is:
The Remedist by Dr Rhazes Salcoal T Soap is a medicated soap containing salicylic acid and coal tar.

What it does:
Salicylic acid and coal tar work together to reduce the skin's hardening, thickening, and scaling. 1  Salicylic acid helps to soften the skin and remove dead skin cells, while coal tar promotes the shedding of dead skin cells and slows down the growth of new skin cells.
